Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to and use of UGC Deal Tracker. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.

The service

UGC Deal Tracker is an online service provided as described on this site. Some features are free and others require a paid plan.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity carried out from your account. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Plans, prices and payments

The price of each plan is shown on this site, in euros, and includes or states the taxes that apply at the time of purchase. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and issues the invoice.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. See our Refunds.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with its operation or to access other people's data or systems without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, giving reasonable notice where possible.

Liability

The owner is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the information on this site or the content of external sites it links to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continuing to use the service after the notice means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that the consumer law of your country of residence gives you.

Additional information

Purchases are processed through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are requested from Gumroad or gala@devetty.es within 14 days.
